Returns & Refunds

NO merchandise will be accepted for return without a return authorization number from William Stump & Associates, LTD. All merchandise accepted for return and returned in the original packaging and in new condition with all paperwork and manuals is subject to a restocking fee of 25% of the original invoice. Returns will only be granted within 7 days of the original purchase date. After 7 days NO returns. Shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable. Absolutely NO returns will be accepted on custom built, close out or special order items.

Any warranties on the item/items sold hereby are those made by the manufacture. The Seller, WILLIAM STUMP & ASSOCIATES, LTD., hereby expressly disclaims all warranties either express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and WILLIAM STUMP & ASSOCIATES, LTD., neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of this item/items.

Prepayment, in U.S. funds, is required by individuals and private industry and must include shipping charges. Acceptable forms of payment are money order, cashier check, business check, personal check, Visa and Mastercard. Personal check orders are subject, at the discretion of William Stump & Associates, LTD, to be held until the check clears the bank.

Shipments inside the U.S.A. will be made via UPS, Federal Express, or Airborne Express. If requested by purchaser, alternate shipping methods are available.

Purchase Orders will be accepted from all Local, State and Federal government agencies. Any order shipped within the state of Virginia is subject to sales tax of 4.5% unless purchased for resale or as a tax-exempt transaction. William Stump & Associates, LTD must have on file a hard copy of the tax-exempt certificate. Acceptable forms of payment are money order, cashier check, business check, personal check, Government check, Visa, and Mastercard. Purchaser's name must be bank imprinted on the personal check with the correct address and phone number. Personal check orders are subject, at the discretion of William Stump & Associates, LTD, to be held until the check clears the bank.

It is the responsibility of the PURCHASER, not William Stump & Associates, LTD, to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state and federal laws and regulations in regards to the possession, purchase and use of any products in this on line catalog or any products purchased through William Stump & Associates, LTD. The purchaser assumes all liability or damage resulting from the use, misuse or unlawful use of any of the products offered. Audio is available to law enforcement agencies only.
