Announcing the availability of the world's first affordable outdoor recording system. The Guardian 2000 provides a complete hidden video camera system that only records the action. With no "dead time" on the tape, not only will this save you time and video tape, but will also save battery life. The unit can stay in "Standby" mode for weeks (up to 45 days). The wireless motion detectors keep a watchful "eye" over the area to be protected and when someone walks in, they send a signal to the receiver which in turn activates the hidden camera and recorder. When the person leaves the area, the VCR and camera go back into standby mode and waits for the next event. The Guardian 2000 comes standard with our exclusive Seismic Sensor and PIR Sensor. The Seismic Sensor detects footsteps up to 35 ft away and vehicles at over 300 ft. The Seismic Sensor can be buried under ground with only the antenna being exposed and will transmit back to the main box up to 1500 ft.
The easy to use master control panel comes standard with the new Guardian 2000. A large backlight, LCD panel displays days left for standby, along with hours remaining on the tape. Another display window shows alarm hits, battery strength, alarm duration and time/date. The easy to use menu has three display windows, so setup is a snap. Once the PGM button is set, the entire system shuts down and waits for the next alarm from the Beam Break or Seismic Sensor.
Included in the standard system is a high resolution color camera, long range black and white camera, setup monitor, Hi8 or Digital 8mm VCR with time and date stamp, battery charger, carry case, wireless hand held sensor receiver, wireless beam break sensor, wireless seismic sensor, self contained battery pack and combination back pack carry case.
