With more "evidence" recordings and long battery life, the G2K PIR Sensor detects targets like nothing before! This sensor uses infrared radiation detection for operation. When an object such as a person, animal, or vehicle passes in front of the sensing head, a transmitter sends a signal to the Guardian 2000 up to 1500ft for activation. This sensor comes standard with a long range head containing a translucent, fresnel lens which allows for human detection ranges up to 100ft and motor traffic up to 200ft. The weatherproof housing and flexible head enable quick and effortless installations.
